WEI TAT FEEDMILL SDN. BHD. is seeking an senior operations leader to steer plant performance, from assessment to implementation and ongoing support.
You will coordinate daily activities, optimize production processes, and ensure timely achievement of targets while upholding stringent quality and regulatory standards. Responsible for leading assessment, implementation, and continuing operational support including troubleshooting, failure analysis and efficiency improvements.
Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the targeted client.
Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations
Implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase operational efficiency
Ensure the plant meets production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environment standards
Supervise and motivate a team of professionals, including operators, technicians, and support team.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards, implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest quality feedmill and products are produced.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
Maintain exact records of plant operations, including production data and maintenance records.
Formulate strategies to coordinate, organize, and oversee all the daily activities including workflow and schedules of the department and including identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the company’s goods and meeting departmental and organizational goal.
Cooperating with other HOD to determine best practices and the best solution.
Manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods.
Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering/Operations Management, Business, industrial Management, Manufacturing or related field.
Possess high standards of integrity and personal work standards.
Proactive and able to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
At least 8 to 10 years of engineering working experience in the manufacturing environment.
People management, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate and motivate team to meet organizational objectives.
Coaching and mentoring skills to assist team members achieve individual, departmental and organizational objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong and focused leadership, and sociable teamwork spirit.
Good command in 普通话, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
