Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
2–5 years of FP&A, cost accounting or financial analysis experience.
Manufacturing or plant finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyses for the plant.
Monitor and analyse actuals vs budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Analyse manufacturing costs, variances, and key cost drivers.
Prepare management reports and provide insights on financial and operational performance.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
Collaborate with operations and finance to understand cost movements and opportunities.
Track KPIs and highlight significant variances or trends.
Support budgeting and forecasting and validate operational assumptions.
Support cost control, productivity analysis and profitability initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with policies and standards.
Assist audits with relevant financial information.
