The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital expenditure analysis within a manufacturing environment, collaborating across functions to standardize data and improve visibility of key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills; ability to turn data into insights.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Cognos, Oracle, ERP, or BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to collect and reconcile operational and financial data.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses (P&L, balance sheet, variances), monthly/quarterly review slides, dashboards, and financial summaries.
• Track performance against budget/forecast with insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models for performance analysis and scenario planning.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize data and improve visibility of key metrics.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze capital expenditure performance including actuals, forecasts, and variances.
