Rolls-Royce is seeking a Site Financial Controller for our Johor, Malaysia plant. You will partner with the Plant Finance Manager and site leaders to own financial control, costing and performance management across production, supply chain and engineering activities.

Role focuses on reliable reporting, disciplined inventory management, and proactive support for productivity and profitability in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in financial controlling or FP&A within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and management reporting.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Commercial teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Plant Finance Manager and site leaders to drive profitability.
• Maintain control environment and ensure policy compliance across plant processes.
• Lead the annual budget, long-range plan and rolling forecast for production, revenue, gross margin and expenses.
• Analyse monthly results against plan and forecast, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Own standard costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing controls across the plant.
• Prepare structured monthly plant performance reviews with defined actions and owners.
• Oversee CAPEX evaluation and post-investment reviews and cost transparency.
