Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in power generation, data centres, critical facilities, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading installation, testing, and commissioning of generator systems.
• Strong knowledge of data centre commissioning processes (L1–L6) and mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of the Rolls-Royce generator package for hyperscale data centre projects in Malaysia from equipment arrival to handover.
• Plan site mobilisation, readiness surveys, and look-ahead scheduling with daily manpower and equipment.
• Supervise installation, commissioning activities, and hand over to service teams with ITPs and hold points.
• Drive HSE compliance, toolbox talks, and incident investigations to maintain zero-harm culture.
