• Minimum 7 years in downstream oil & gas industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and knowledge of construction standards/regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive solution development.
• Excellent planning and monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of a comprehensive project plan, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, Site teams, and Subcontractors to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Align project scheduling approaches across management teams for accuracy in execution.
• Allocate resources (labour, materials, equipment) to meet requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Foster clear communication among project stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of schedules and scope changes for reporting.
