Job summary

LSPCM (Johore) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planning Coordinator to manage production, maintenance, and consumable purchase planning with cross‑department collaboration in Malaysia. The role requires organizing schedules, tracking material needs and maintaining records to support timely product delivery.

You will work with ISO 9001 processes and drive continuous improvement while ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurately submitted to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning, production coordination.
• ISO 9001 / QMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate production, maintenance, refractory and consumable purchase planning and schedules.
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance team to match spare part or consumable delivery schedules with operation planning and product delivery.
• Monitor planning progress, material requirements and operational needs and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Monitor operational progress and highlight potential issues that may affect production plans or schedules.
• Prepare operation and maintenance planning and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely submission of information, records and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and maintain Product Work Orders.
• Maintain and update planning records, schedules and related documentation.
• Involve with ISO 9001 management system.
• Support continuous improvement and other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in planning, production coordination.

Knowledge or experience in ISO 9001 / QMS is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Meticulous and good discipline in handling and managing tasks and deadlines

LSPCM (Johore) Sdn Bhd core business is collection, segregation, processing and delivery of metal scraps to major melting plant in Malaysia and Abroad. Our customers including major melting plants, foundries and metal brokers of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. Apart from metal recycling business, we also offer services on machine scrapping and recycling of old equipment.

We also develop our business activity into manufacturing of Prime Steel Billets in begining of year 2019.

Our company main HQ located at Kulai area, and two branches which located at area of Tanjung Langsat and Kangkar Pulai.
