Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang seeks a fresh to early-career Supply Chain Planner to coordinate end-to-end planning, balancing customer delivery with inventory. You will interface across Marketing, Sales, Production, and Finance to align plans and ensure capacity meets demand.

Use ERP systems to track inventory, schedule suppliers, and manage workflows. The role may involve NPIs, transfers, and multi-site inventory responsibility in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning, balancing delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Parts, Customer Service and CM/ODM to align production and shipment plans with business goals.
• Use ERP systems for inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, and workflow management; manage relationships with suppliers/partners.
• Coordinate new product introductions (NPI), product transfer, and supply chain setup to ensure adequate materials, labor, and test capacity.
• May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.
• Support factory processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.
• Work on production planning assignments with clearly defined objectives and solve limited scope problems.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc. Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners.
• May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.
• May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.
• May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.
• Works on production planning assignments with clearly defined objectives. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years' relevant experience
