Job summary

Keysight is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Global Inventory Program Lead in Penang to drive inventory planning, reporting, and optimization initiatives across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, COE and Finance.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead inventory projects to improve turns and working capital, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce excess inventory. Strong MS Excel/Power BI skills and a degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing or related disciplines in High Tech environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in analytic tools and MS365 tools e.g Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools such as CoPilot, ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, COE and Finance teams to improve inventory health, reduce excess inventory, and support working capital goals. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted support to business leaders by translating complex data into actionable insights and driving inventory improvement initiatives across the organization.
