Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Manufacturing/Production Planner in Kulim, Malaysia to support daily operations, release and track WOs, and manage inventories. You will coordinate with planners to keep production on schedule and ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor in Administration/Arts/Economics, 2+ years in manufacturing planning, and SAP experience; Power BI and o9 planning are a plus. Excellent English and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration/Art/Economics.
• MS Office and Power BI skills.
• Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing and Production Planning.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Experience with o9 Planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily operation meeting material.
• Attend Silicone molding L2 meetings.
• Open Purchase Requisition for sterilization loads.
• Release WO as per planner plan with defined sizes.
• Create WO for Silicone Inflation Line PB & CPV and monitor WIP.
• Prepare weekly FG inventory tracking (MY11 & MY08).
• BO report – supply visibility weekly.
• Prepare simple analysis file, 1st week of each month.
• Housekeeping plan in SAP weekly or monthly.
• Perform other roles as instructed by superior.
• Cancel WO in SAP per Value Stream planners.

Position Summary

• Support operation meeting preparation daily.
• Attend Silicone molding L2 meeting.

• Release WO as per planner plan as per defined sizes without any production line stoppages.
• Create WO for Silicone Inflation Line PB & CPV and monitor WIP for CPV & PB.
• Prepare weekly FG inventory tracking MY11 & MY08.
• BO report – supply visibility preparation weekly.
• Prepare simple analysis file, every 1st week of the month.
• Housekeeping plan order in SAP weekly or monthly by cancelling in SAP.
• Perform any other supporting roles as instructed by superior.
• Cancelling WO in SAP, based on Value Stream planners’ information.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Degree in Bachelor of Administration/Art/Economics.
• Skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing and Production Planning.
• Hands-on experience in SAP is required.
• Experience with o9 Planning tools will be an added advantage.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Able to work independently.
• Good in Mathematics.
