is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Planning Assistant to support production planning and scheduling, coordinate with internal departments, monitor progress and material availability to ensure timely completion of production orders. The role involves coordinating manpower, equipment and raw materials, preparing status reports, and working closely with Quality Control and Warehouse to meet customer delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and raw material requirements.
• Monitor production progress, output and quality performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimise delays.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse and other departments.
• Prepare production status reports and maintain accurate records.
• Obtain output information (finished units, defect rates, etc.)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Planning Assistant to support production planning and scheduling, coordinate with internal departments, monitor production progress and material availability, and ensure timely completion of production orders to meet customer delivery requirements.

You will play an important role in:

1) Coordinate and monitor production workflow to ensure smooth operations.

2) Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

3) Coordinate manpower, equipment and raw material requirements.

4) Monitor production progress, output and quality performance.

5) Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays.

6) Coordinate with Quality Control, Warehouse and other departments.

7) Prepare production status reports and maintain accurate records.

8) Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

1) At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

2) Able to work independently and experience in maintaining excellent customer relation.

3) Years of Experience: Minimum 1 years.

4) Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with relevant stakeholders.
