Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and release of LED product documentation across the lifecycle. You will work with global Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure data, assets, and documentation are complete, accurate, and published on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS/Data Science or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain product documentation (DS, AB, PB, PPAP, PCN).
Manage metadata, assets, and document version control in Lumileds Media Management.
Upload and publish documentation to LMM and support website.
Maintain SharePoint and shared repositories.
Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global teams.
Manage end-to-end PCN process from initiation to distribution.
Prepare and review PCN documents for accuracy and compliance.
