Job summary

Qualifications

Position Summary:

Acts as a key liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and operations to support product commercialization, drive business growth, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The role combines project coordination, product marketing, market analysis, and business analytics to improve customer satisfaction and portfolio performance..

What You Will Do:

1. Customer Sample & Project Coordination

• Ensure customer sample requests are processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Maintain visibility of sample status, risks, and escalation items.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor project milestones and support timely execution of customer programs.
• Analyze sales, product, market, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business and product decisions.
• Support demand forecasting and portfolio performance analysis.

3. Product & Market Management

• Support product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life.
• Assist in product positioning, pricing strategy, and business case development.
• Product documentation creation and update.
• Support supplier release documentation
