Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Product Information Management (PIM) Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and release of LED product documentation across the lifecycle. You will work with global Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure data, assets, and documentation are complete, accurate, and published on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS/Data Science or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product documentation (DS, AB, PB, PPAP, PCN).
• Manage metadata, assets, and document version control in Lumileds Media Management.
• Upload and publish documentation to LMM and support website.
• Maintain SharePoint and shared repositories.
• Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global teams.
• Manage end-to-end PCN process from initiation to distribution.
• Prepare and review PCN documents for accuracy and compliance.

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and release of LED product documentation throughout the product lifecycle while working with global Product Managers and cross-functional teams. Ensure data, assets, and documentation are complete, accurate, and published on time.

What You Will Do

• Create, update, and maintain Datasheets (DS), Application Briefs (AB), Product Brief (PB), Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), Product Change Notification (PCN), and other product documentation.
• Maintain metadata, product assets, and document version control in product information database and related systems (Lumileds Media Management).
• Upload and manage documentation in LMM and support website publication.
• Maintain SharePoint and shared repositories.
• Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and meeting presentations.
• Follow business processes (LMM, PDM, Reliance, etc.).
• Support process improvements and documentation quality.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global teams.
• Led meetings and prepared presentation materials to facilitate effective discussions and decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end Product Change Notification (PCN) process, ensuring timely execution from initiation to final distribution.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Quality, and other stakeholders to gather and validate correctness and completeness of PCN information.
• Prepare, review, and maintain PCN documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Communication, deployment and follow up review process towards Regional Field teams.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant (First work) experience.
• Good English communication skills (in speaking and writing).
