We are looking for a Physiotherapist to support Naluri members in achieving their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will play a key role in improving consumers’ health by enhancing movement, reducing pain, and optimising physical function through a holistic and evidence-based approach.

Who we're looking for

Education and Professional Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (recognised in Malaysia)
• Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC), and with an Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) is an added advantage
• Additional certifications are a plus (e.g. exercise rehabilitation, sports rehab, or related fields such as ACE, NASM, NSCA)
  • The American Council on Exercise (ACE)
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • Federation of International Sports, Aerobic, and Fitness (FISAF)

Experience

• Experience in musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, or functional movement therapy is an advantage
• Keen interest in digital health and tele-rehabilitation
• Passionate or willing to learn about lifestyle medicine, behaviour change, and motivational interviewing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assess client needs holistically
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualised rehabilitation and movement-based interventions

What you'll do

• Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation support digitally (primarily through text-based coaching)
• Provide holistic, evidence-based physical health and rehabilitation guidance to support members in improving function, mobility, and overall health outcomes
• Review members' daily progress and provide feedback on movement, pain management, and functional improvement
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (medical, dietitian, mental health coaches) to create personalised care plans
• Develop rehabilitation programmes, exercise plans, and educational content
• Plan and conduct health talks, workshops, and webinars related to physical health and injury prevention
• Support on-site client engagements, including promoting the platform and guiding members on their health journey
• Lead or support exercise sessions, mobility classes, or rehabilitation-focused group activities during events
