We are looking for a Dietitian to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

What we’d love to have for the role include

Education

A 4-year integrated undergraduate degree in Dietetics (with Dietetics Internship Training) as the following:

• Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Dietetics
• Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics

OR

• An integrated postgraduate degree or master’s degree in Dietetics (with Dietetics Internship Training)

OR

• A postgraduate Diploma (with Dietetics Internship Training)
• Holds accreditation/registration/practitioner status (e.g., the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHCP) and/or Malaysian Dietitians’ Association)

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience working with clients from various backgrounds, including those with chronic conditions such as obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes
• Candidates with clinical experience will be an added advantage
• Experience or interest in onsite engagement, health promotion, or corporate wellness programmes is preferred
• Keen interest in the application of digital health technology
• Added bonus to hold HRDC accreditation
• Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, behavioural change, and motivational interviewing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients
• Ability to assess client needs holistically and provide practical, personalised recommendations

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support onsite engagements, including meet-and-greet sessions with clients to introduce Naluri’s services and app, and guide members on getting started
• Act as a point of contact during events to engage, educate, and build rapport with members
• Deliver or support diet-related health talks, workshops, and webinars when required
• Provide nutritional counselling and behavioural coaching where applicable
• Review member progress and provide guidance to support sustainable lifestyle changes
• Contribute to the development of educational content, training materials, and coaching resources
• Work collaboratively with the team and support event-based or shift-based schedules when needed
