Job summary

Ropheka Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in Seremban is seeking a full-time physiotherapist to join our clinical team. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation and pain management exercises.

You will work on-site at Dataran Sentral, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior therapists, and help deliver evidence-based care while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; local candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehab programs and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and teamwork.
• Able to start as soon as possible; fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin/Tamil a bonus.
• Proactive, willing to learn, with basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Guide rehabilitation exercises and pain management strategies.
• Oversee treatment programs and monitor patient progress.
• Provide detailed reports to stakeholders and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor junior physiotherapists when needed.
