Job summary

EMS Healthcare Centre in Klang, Selangor is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. This full-time role delivers high-quality rehabilitation and therapeutic services, working alongside theatre and recovery teams to support patient rehabilitation and recovery outcomes.

You will assess and treat patients with manual therapy, exercises, and electrotherapy; develop personalised treatment plans; educate patients; participate in multidisciplinary meetings; and maintain clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
• Proficiency in evidence-based assessment and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health records systems

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical diagnoses
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities
• Collaborate with theatre and recovery teams to support post‑operative patient rehabilitation and pain management
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programmes, ergonomics, and strategies for continued recovery at home
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and professional ethical guidelines
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice within the department
