Job summary

Ropheka Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in Seremban is seeking a full-time physiotherapist to join our clinical team. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation and pain management exercises.

You will work on-site at Dataran Sentral, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior therapists, and help deliver evidence-based care while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; local candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehab programs and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and teamwork.
• Able to start as soon as possible; fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin/Tamil a bonus.
• Proactive, willing to learn, with basic Microsoft Office skills.

We are located in Dataran Sentral, Seremban, and are humbled to see a wide range of cases, focusing mainly on musculoskeletal, sports and neurology.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist, located in Seremban. The role involves conducting assessments of patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and pain management strategies. The Physiotherapist will oversee treatment programs, monitor patient progress, provide advice on injury prevention and deliver detailed reports to all stakeholders. The role also requires collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals and mentoring junior physiotherapists when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation programs, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in assessing physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapy effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to provide pain education, self-management advice, and preventive care strategies.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; relevant certifications or training are an advantage.
• Local only preferably with at least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy.
• Commitment to patient care and fostering a supportive, professional treatment environment.
• Able to start as soon as possible.
• Able to work full-time only.
• Speaks fluent English and Malay (Mandarin and/or Tamil will be an added bonus).
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
