Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid physiotherapy registration or licensure to practise in Malaysia.
• Proven clinical experience in delivering physiotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on treatment and support patient mobility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems is desirable.

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to evaluate patient conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes as required to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programmes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings to support continuous improvement in patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, health and safety regulations, and professional codes of conduct.

About the role

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our clinic's mission to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients of all ages and conditions.
