Job summary

GY Physio & Stroke Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team. You will assess patients, design rehabilitation plans, and provide hands-on therapy for stroke, neurological, geriatric, and orthopedic cases.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with clinical mentorship available. You will work in a collaborative clinic environment, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, maintain records, and contribute to ongoing professional development while helping patients regain

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the relevant Malaysian professional/regulatory body where applicable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in stroke, neurological, geriatric, orthopaedic, or rehabilitation physiotherapy is an advantage.
• Good clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and identify patients’ functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy, therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional rehabilitation.
• Manage patients with stroke and neurological conditions, as well as orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans according to their needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility, positioning, and safe functional activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and treatment records.
• Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and clinical practice.
• Participate in clinic activities, case discussions, and continuous professional development.

GY Physio & Stroke Rehab is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We provide physiotherapy and rehabilitation services with a strong focus on stroke, neurological, orthopaedic, and functional rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and identify patients’ functional limitations.
