Qualifications

• Associate Diploma or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in photonic or optical device manufacturing.
• Proficiency with optical alignment tools and fiConTec 6-axis aligner.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD safety.
• Good verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble photonic components and systems per specifications; perform precision alignment using fiContec 6 axis aligner.
• Diagnose, resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance on photonic manufacturing equipment.
• Document and report defects or discrepancies as part of quality control.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and PPE requirements; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
