Job summary

QK Group is seeking an experienced Event Photographer to capture high-quality imagery at corporate events, weddings, and brand activations across Southeast Asia to Europe. You will work with our Media Team to ensure visuals tell compelling stories that reflect each moment.

As part of a growing group with Fortune 500 clients, you will collaborate with the Director and Event Managers, travel for coverage, and maintain equipment, while presenting a professional image and working weekends when

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event photography with portfolio.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to travel and work on weekends.
• Presentable appearance and strong teamwork.
• Physically fit to handle long event hours.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-grade photographs that align with event objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate with creative and event teams to plan and execute coverage.
• Edit and retouch images to meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment before, during, and after events.
• Deliver final images within agreed timelines.
• Assist the Director in identifying, mentoring, and training new event photographers.
