Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma; degree is a plus.
• At least 2–4 years of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive sales performance through promotions and upselling strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
• Conduct staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store environment.
• Liaise with management on sales performance, operational issues, and improvement plans.
• Any related tasks assigned from time to time.
