Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a front-line team member to assist customers, provide product information, and guide them to suitable items. You will ensure vibrant product displays and implement FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.

You will also manage stock reception, assist with stock control, respond to inquiries, and handle promotions and pricing displays along with accurate payment processing and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, providing product information and advice on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and correct display, applying FEFO and FIFO in inventory.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, directing to relevant staff when needed.
• Attach price tags, keep updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
