Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a frontline associate at our Johor Bahru outlets. The role offers training upon hire and focuses on helping customers, guiding product selection, and ensuring accurate stock display and pricing at our outlets.

You will learn inventory processes, handle payments, and maintain attractive product presentations across multiple Big Pharmacy sites in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Training provided; no prior retail experience required.
• Attention to stock levels and display accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product information.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Display products clearly and apply FEFO and FIFO principles.
• Support promotions, pricing and attractive product displays.
• Process cash and card payments and balance cash register.
