Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Pharmacy Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team. You will assist customers with product information, help them find items, and offer advice on selection to enhance their shopping experience.

You will ensure products are well displayed, apply FEFO/FIFO for inventory, handle payments, balance the cash register, and support stock control with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy retail setting preferred.
• Right to work in Malaysia required.
• Experience in stock control is a plus.
• Customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and selections.
• Display products and manage inventory using FEFO/FIFO.
• Receive deliveries and support stock control.
• Handle payments and balance cash register.
• Answer inquiries and refer complex issues to the pharmacy team.
