USJ TAIPAN PHARMACY SDN. BHD. in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacist to join our team full-time. You will dispense medications accurately, perform medication reviews, counsel patients, and uphold regulatory standards to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities also include inventory management, supervising staff, and supporting social media/e-commerce activities. A Bachelor of Pharmacy with current Malaysian registration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and current registration to practise in Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
• Proficient in pharmacy management systems and POS software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing and records.
• Commitment to CPD and patient-centered care.

USJ TAIPAN PHARMACY SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Retail Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team based in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the healthcare outcomes of our patients.

As a Retail Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, serving as a trusted healthcare professional who ensures the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to our customers. This position sits at the heart of our pharmacy practice, directly impacting patient wellbeing and satisfaction whilst maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

What you'll be doing

• Dispensing medications accurately and safely whilst adhering to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
• Conducting comprehensive medication reviews and providing professional pharmaceutical advice to patients
• Counselling patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper administration techniques
• Maintaining accurate patient medication records and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations
• Managing inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering of pharmaceutical products
• Promoting public health initiatives and providing health education to patients and the community
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Training and supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff where applicable
• Assist in managing social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada & Grab)

What we're looking for

• A valid Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification recognised by the relevant regulatory body
• Current registration and licence to practise as a pharmacist in Malaysia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale software
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping
• A commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated with pharmaceutical advancements
• Strong ethical standards and a patient-centred approach to pharmacy practice
• The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing positively to a team-based environment
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (based on roster)
