AcePlus Pharmacy in Greater Johor Bahru is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant on a full-time, on-site basis. You will support pharmacists with prescriptions, prepare and label medications, handle stock, and assist customers at the counter while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

The role requires local eligibility, relevant qualifications, and good English. Weekend or evening shifts may be required, with competitive monthly pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Local only
• SPM / STPM / Diploma in Pharmacy or related qualification
• Preferably more than 1 year of retail, healthcare, or customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed!
• Prior pharmacy setting experience is a major plus.
• Ability to assist with prescription handling, medication preparation, and basic pharmacy operations.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on respectful communication and clear guidance.
• Good phone etiquette and professional handling of calls and inquiries.
• Experience or aptitude in inventory management, including stock checks and documentation.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale and pharmacy management systems.
• Proficiency in English

Responsabilités

• Handle prescriptions, prepare and label medications
• Verify information with care and accuracy
• Serve customers at the counter and provide basic product information
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and follow pharmacy policies and safety standards
• Manage stock levels, organize shelves, check expiry dates, and assist with inventory records
