AcePlus Pharmacy in Greater Johor Bahru is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists with prescriptions, medications, and counter service. The role requires SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Pharmacy or related qualification, strong English and customer-service skills, and willingness to work shifts including weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• Local only
• SPM / STPM / Diploma in Pharmacy or other related qualification
• Preferably 1+ year of retail, healthcare, or customer service experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Ability to assist with prescription handling, medication preparation, and basic pharmacy operations
• Strong customer service and clear communication
• Experience with inventory management and stock checks

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in handling prescriptions, preparing and labeling medications with accuracy.
• Provide basic product and service information to customers at the counter.
• Maintain stock levels, organize shelves, check expiry dates, and support inventory records.
• Answer phone inquiries and coordinate with healthcare providers when required.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and follow pharmacy policies and safety standards.
