Qualifications

• Qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent certification recognised by Malaysian authorities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their appropriate use.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and computer software.
• Exceptional communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
• Confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Professional demeanour and patient care.
• Previous pharmacy experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting pharmacists in preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Receiving and processing prescription requests from patients and providers.
• Managing inventory, stock rotation, and supplies.

• Providing excellent customer service and directing complex questions to the pharmacist.
