Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a trainee Retail Associate in Kuala Lumpur to assist customers with product information, help them locate items, and offer guidance on selection.

You will support product displays, implement FEFO/FIFO inventory practices, manage stock, process payments, and respond to customer inquiries, while learning promotions and pricing to ensure a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to learn FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
• Able to handle cash and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information and guidance.
• Product Display: Ensure visibility and proper display, applying FEFO/FIFO where applicable.
• Inventory Management: Receive goods, store deliveries, and help control stock.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries and route issues to the pharmacist or team.
• Promotions and Pricing: Tag prices, learn promotions, and support displays.
• Payment Processing: Manage cash/card payments and balance the register with receipts.
