CARiNG Pharmacy seeks a front-line retail associate to assist customers, provide product information, and guide shoppers in choosing items. You will display products, manage stock using FEFO/FIFO, handle incoming deliveries, and support pricing, promotions, and cashier duties with accuracy.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining appealing store layouts across Health & Beauty sections in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Customer assistance experience with product information and advice.
• Ability to display products and follow FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Inventory handling and stock control understanding.
• Responding to customer inquiries and referrals to pharmacy staff.
• Understanding promotions, pricing, and price tagging.
• Accurate cash and card payment processing and cash register balancing.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information, help them find items and advise on selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO for stock.
• Receive goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints, referring to pharmacy staff as needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create displays.
• Process payments accurately and balance the cash register.
