Job summary

Prinz Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a pharmacy assistant in Kuala Lumpur to screen prescriptions, dispense medications, and maintain records in a well-organised dispensary.

You will work with our clinical team to ensure accurate dosing, clear patient instructions, and efficient cash handling. The role requires a Diploma in Pharmacy or MOH certification, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong attention to detail. Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or MOH certification is required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin helpful for business communication.
• Knowledge of drug names and pharmacy calculations.
• Computer literate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Screen prescriptions and enter medication orders accurately.
• Prepare and dispense medications with proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dispensing policies.
• Ensure correct medications are given to patients with clear instructions.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily cash flow.
• Manage stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Keep the dispensary clean and equipment in good condition.
• Train new staff and work closely with the clinical team.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Set up lines and perform blood taking as required.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
