Job summary

HEALTH LANE FAMILY PHARMACY SDN BHD is hiring a full-time Customer Service Associate in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist customers, handle cashiering, and support in product merchandising while maintaining stock levels.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided, with opportunities for promotion and maternity leave support as part of our staff benefits.

• Provide good customer service and answer inquiries.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
