Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is a growing chain of pharmacies with over 30 years of experience and 250 outlets across Malaysia. We are looking for a full-time team member to deliver excellent customer service, handle cashiering, assist in merchandising, and maintain stock levels. A friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience is an advantage, and opportunities for promotion, maternity leave, and a supportive training environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and answer enquiries to build relationships.
• Handle cashiering and process cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.

• Support administration work and other ad hoc tasks.

Job description

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
