Job summary

Vcare Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, seeks a registered pharmacist to join our retail team. You will provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to customers while ensuring accurate dispensary operations.

You will manage staff schedules, promote health and beauty products, maintain stock visibility, and deliver excellent service to build lasting customer relationships. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy; must be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Fresh PRP or newly registered pharmacists welcome.
• Able to work in a retail environment; weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to customers.
• Manage staff schedules and outlet operations according to company standards.
• Promote health and beauty products based on customer needs.
• Maintain stock visibility and dispensary stock levels.
• Ensure excellent service and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle dispensary stock and scheduled poison-related issues as required.

• Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company.
• Providing guidance and promote health and beauty products based on needs.
• Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead and inspire your team to achieve the goals.
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers.
• Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs.
• Ensure stock visibility and products display.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure optimal level for dispensary stock levels.
• Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
• Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Candidates who have recently completed their PRP (Provisionally Registered Pharmacist) or Freshly registered pharmacists are welcome.
• Able to work in a retail environment.
• Pleasant personality with good character of professionalism.
• Good communication, interpersonal and working skills.
• Able to interact well with all levels of people and management.
• Enthusiastic, informative and passionate in pharmacy profession.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• 1 to 1 monthly discussion session with pharmacist manager
