Job summary

Idaman Pharma Manufacturing Sdn Bhd – Perak is hiring to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy and GMP stock handling, and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to meet timelines.

You will supervise warehouse staff, enforce safety/quality procedures, and liaise with transporters and vendors to ensure efficient delivery and service in a pharma-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, preferably pharma.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; teamwork mindset.
• Proficiency in procurement software; SAP experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and GMP-compliant stock handling.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery timelines.
• Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety and quality procedures.
