Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute monthly scientific content for HCP digital and social channels, coordinating with dermatologists and KOLs to develop compliant material while supporting professional advocacy campaigns.

You will manage medical events, sampling, hospital retail programs, and ensure regulatory compliance, while analysing performance to optimise campaigns and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare or related field.
• 1-2 yrs in Pharma with digital marketing on social media.
• Experience managing events, KOLs and digital campaigns is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly scientific and clinical content for HCP digital and social media channels.
• Coordinate with dermatologists, KOLs and medical advocates to develop compliance-approved content.
• Manage HCP digital engagement and support professional advocacy campaigns.
• Plan and execute university roadshows, hospital congresses, dermatological events and public health initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, booth setup, POSM and required compliance documentation.
• Coordinate sponsorships, HCP contracts and post-event reporting.
• Work closely with the Ethical Sales Team to align marketing activities with clinic and HCP coverage.
• Manage monthly medical sample forecasting, allocation and tracking.
• Monitor sample usage and minimize wastage.
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing programs for in-hospital pharmacies and retail channels.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, GWP and marketing gimmicks.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of marketing materials.
• Manage marketing material submissions through Veeva.
• Ensure all campaigns and external communications comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Monitor social media engagement, KOL performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
