• Lead the compliance program and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across PFS.
• Review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and internal standards.
• Coordinate with Group Compliance and business units on sales governance and regulatory reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of Compliance frameworks across PFS business units, updating policies and procedures to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Compliance Assurance and Control & Monitoring activities, including CSA, CIR, mystery shopping, CSAT Sales Compliance Survey, and Sales Surveillance Monitoring.
• Serve as key liaison with Group Compliance on assurance and monitoring matters and drive a culture of compliance within PFS.
