Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and post engaging pet content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist in planning promotions for basic packages, vaccines, dental months, or seasonal wellness checks.
• Monitor and reply to client inquiries, complaints, and Google Reviews; improve local search presence.
• Coordinate local pet events; partner with shelters; oversee printing of brochures and educational flyers.
• Manage the Head Veterinarian’s calendar and prioritise emails; coordinate external meetings or speaking engagements.
• Serve as a point of contact for pharmaceutical reps, pet food distributors, and marketing vendors.
• Draft internal announcements, client newsletters, and clinic forms.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing databases; track performance of seasonal packages; log corporate expenses.
