Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Executive for Personal Financial Services Branch Sales (Personal Loan) in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves actively generating leads, cross-selling banking products, evaluating loan applications, and delivering excellent customer service to uphold the bank’s image.

The ideal candidate is a Malaysian citizen; fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales through marketing visits and events to meet targets.
• Cross-sell Banking/Financial products.
• Assess and evaluate credit applications diligently.
• Build rapport with customers to establish loyalty and repeat sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and reflect Bank's image.
• Adhere to statutory requirements and sales compliance (FSA, KYC, AMLA) and internal policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain strong teamwork.
