Job summary

Rex Management Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Consultant - Personal Financing in Kota Samarahan to actively originate personal financing applications, verify documents, and ensure compliance with credit processing rules. You will handle pre-submission verification and contribute to collection efforts while maintaining service excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline, with fresh graduates welcome.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in Counter Service/Retail/Insurance/Telemarketing/Banking/Financial industry is an added advantage.
Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Understanding of basic credit assessment and financing processes.

Responsibilities

Actively solicit and originate personal financing applications through approved channels.
Ensure all applications are completed with accurate documentation and submitted per credit processing requirements.
Perform preliminary verification and screening of applicants' information prior to submission.
Monitor repayment behavior and support collection efforts to achieve targets.
Provide a high standard of service aligned with customer service expectations.
