Consultant - Personal Financing (Kota Samarahan)

To actively solicit and originate personal financing applications through approved channels, including direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.

To ensure all financing applications are duly completed, supported with accurate documentation, and submitted in accordance with the Company's credit processing requirements.

To perform preliminary verification and screening of applicants' information prior to submission.

To monitor repayment behavior of customer, support and participate in collection efforts to ensure achievement of branch and/or individual collection targets.

To ensure a high standard of service delivery consistent with the Company's customer service expectations.

Job Requirements:

Possesses Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working experience in Counter Service/ Retail/ Insurance/ Telemarketing/ Banking/ Financial industry will be an added advantage.

Able to communicate well both orally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Understanding of basic credit assessment and financing processes.
