• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Safe transportation for the executive and passengers.
• Plan routes with navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular checks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers and business information.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands as required.

Yun Beauty and Spa Sdn. Bhd. – Kajang, Selangor

• Safe Transportation: Provide smooth and defensive driving to ensure the safety and well-being of the Senior Executive and passengers at all times.
• Punctuality: Plan routes efficiently using navigation tools (e.g., Waze/Google Maps) to ensure timely arrivals.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle in immaculate condition (interior & exterior). Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, tire pressure, and service schedules.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers and business information.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with running errands or other tasks as assigned with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• License & Record: Possess a valid Class D Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record (no major traffic offenses or criminal record).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a Personal Driver or Executive Chauffeur.
• Route Familiarity: Excellent knowledge of roads and navigation in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding Klang Valley areas.
• Languages: Trilingual (Ability to speak 3 languages, e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese) to communicate effectively.
• Attributes: A matured, disciplined, and proactive individual who is physically fit and mentally alert.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 6:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible / Subject to Overtime)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Subject to Overtime)
• Rest Day: Sunday
• Note: Flexibility is required based on the Executive’s schedule. Overtime (OT) will be compensated accordingly.
