Jora Malaysia is seeking a discreet and reliable Personal Driver to support the Managing Director in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. You will drive to offices, meetings, events, airports and other destinations, while ensuring confidentiality and high safety standards.
The role requires 3–5 years in executive transport, a clean Class D licence, excellent knowledge of local routes, defensive driving, and flexible hours including early mornings and weekends when needed.

Provide safe, professional, reliable and punctual transportation services to the Managing Director for business and personal engagements. Drive the Managing Director to and from the office, business meetings, appointments, corporate events, site visits, airports and other designated destinations.
Plan and monitor travel routes in advance, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road closures and potential safety concerns
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling all business, personal and company-related matters encountered during the course of duty
Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable and well-maintained condition at all times
Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs as required
Practise defensive and safe driving techniques and remain alert to potential road and security risks while transporting the Managing Director
Maintain basic security awareness, including identifying unusual or potentially unsafe situations and taking appropriate precautionary measures
Assist in ensuring the safety and security of the Managing Director during movements, arrivals and departures, including being alert to the surrounding environment
Maintain awareness of alternative routes and safe locations in the event of traffic disruption, emergencies or unexpected situations
Assist the Managing Director with transportation-related arrangements, including luggage, documents, parcels and other items when required
Maintain proper records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, tolls, parking and other relevant expenses where required
Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence with a clean driving record
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Company Driver or in a similar capacity
Previous experience serving Senior management, Directors or high-level executives will be highly advantageous
Excellent knowledge of roads and routes within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and other major areas in Malaysia
Strong understanding of defensive driving, road safety and traffic regulations
Basic knowledge or experience in security, personal protection, protective driving or emergency response will be an added advantage
Professional, trustworthy, punctual, responsible and well-mannered, with a strong sense of discretion
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, integrity and situational awareness when handling sensitive business and personal matters
Able to remain calm and make sound decisions during unexpected or emergency situations
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
