Job summary

I-Xeon Technologies SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a personal driver for the Director, ensuring safe transport and adherence to the schedule across Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and nationwide.

The candidate must have a valid Class D driving license, at least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate setting, and be able to work 6 days a week with travel as required. Proficiency with Waze/Google Maps is preferred, with overtime/overnight allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
• Able to work 6 days a week, including public holidays, with travel outstation when required.
• Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Director’s vehicle(s) according to schedule and instructions.
• Be contactable during working hours and ensure punctual attendance at locations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing or repairs when needed.
• Assist with dispatch duties, including light lifting and handling of documents/parcels.
• Keep accurate records for tolls, fuel, parking, and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality of the Director and family.

Job description

Safely drive the Company’s vehicle(s) according to the Director’s schedule and instructions.

Always be contactable during working hours, including standby periods and outstation assignments, and ensure punctual attendance at all designated locations.

Strictly adhere to traffic laws and always prioritize road safety.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct basic maintenance checks (e.g., oil level, tire pressure, brakes).

Coordinate and arrange for vehicle servicing or repairs when needed.

Ensure all vehicle-related documents (license, insurance, road tax) are valid and up to date.

Assist with dispatch duties, including light lifting and handling of documents/parcels.

Keep accurate records and receipts for tolls, fuel, parking, and vehicle maintenance.

Execute all responsibilities with honesty, professionalism, and discretion—strictly always maintaining the confidentiality of the Director and family.

Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Director.

Eligibility Requirements:

Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving license and a clean driving record.

Medically and physically fit, with no criminal record.

Able to work 6 days a week, including public holidays, and travel outstation when required (overtime allowance will be compensated on Sunday).

May require occasional overnight trips – Overnight Allowance provided in advance.

Well-versed with routes in Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and across Malaysia.

Proficient in using navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps.

Non-smoker; must be disciplined, punctual, honest, patient, and observant.

Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.

Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Willing to follow the Director’s schedule and travel requirements closely.

Working hour start from 8.30am.
