Job summary

UPV ASSET MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reliable Company Driver to transport Directors, Management, and authorized staff to meetings, offices, airports, and other locations.

The role includes maintaining the vehicle, planning routes, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs according to schedules. The candidate must hold a valid Malaysian Class D licence with a clean record and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Company/Personal/Executive Driver.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley roads.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Company's Directors, Management, and authorized employees to meetings, offices, airports, and other designated locations
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the assigned schedule
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the company vehicle at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing when required
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws and company policies
• Plan efficient routes by monitoring traffic conditions to ensure punctuality
• Assist with errands such as document delivery and banking
• Keep records of servicing, mileage, fuel usage, and toll expenses
• Safeguard company property including vehicle, keys, and documents
• Maintain confidentiality regarding operations and Directors' information

Job description

This is a Company Driver position responsible for safely transporting the Company's Directors, Management, and authorized employees to meetings, offices, airports, and other designated locations. The role requires maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition, planning efficient routes, and ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport the Company's Directors, Management, and authorized employees to meetings, offices, airports, and other designated locations

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the assigned schedule

Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the company vehicle at all times

Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including fuel level, engine oil, tyres, brakes, and general maintenance, and arrange servicing when required

Drive safely and comply with all Malaysian traffic laws and company policies

Plan the most efficient routes by monitoring traffic conditions to ensure punctuality

Assist with company errands such as document delivery, banking transactions, and other administrative tasks when required

Keep accurate records of vehicle servicing, maintenance, mileage, fuel usage, and toll expenses

Safeguard company property, including the vehicle, keys, and related documents

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Company's operations, business matters, and the Directors' personal information

About you

Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, or Executive Driver

Familiar with roads and traffic conditions within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley

Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Able to work overtime, on weekends, and public holidays whenever required

Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and professional in conduct

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an added advantage

No criminal record and in good physical health

Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and customer service
