Job summary

Goldsky Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a reliable Personal Driver with 1–2 years of proven experience to transport executives and staff safely and on time. A valid Malaysian driving license Class D and clean record are required, along with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

The role is full-time with overtime as needed, flexible hours and routes, and weekly payout arrangements. The driver must maintain vehicle cleanliness, follow instructions, and protect confidentiality.

• Safely and efficiently transport company executives, staff, and authorized guests to various destinations as required, ensuring punctuality for all appointments and meetings.

• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of assigned company vehicles, including regular checks of oil, water, tires, and other essential components. Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Plan and optimize travel routes, considering traffic conditions, weather, and the most efficient use of time and fuel. Adapt routes dynamically based on real-time information.

• Provide a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information or personal matters related to passengers.

• Assist passengers with luggage, personal belongings, and other needs during transit, offering a professional and courteous service.

• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company driving policies, demonstrating a commitment to safe driving practices and accident prevention.

• Manage and maintain a log of all trips, including mileage, destinations, times, and fuel consumption, for reporting purposes.

• Be available for overtime and flexible working hours as operational needs dictate, including potential weekend or evening assignments.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch or relevant personnel regarding schedules, delays, or any changes in transportation requirements.

• Ensure the vehicle is always presentable and equipped with necessary items such as first-aid kits, emergency tools, and updated navigation systems.
