Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated personal driver to transport management and passengers between residences, offices, and outstation destinations in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires punctuality and reliability, with duties including despatch tasks and vehicle upkeep.

Proficiency with GPS navigation and willingness to work overtime or on weekends is essential. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract, with responsibilities extending to travel on management assignments and ad-hoc support

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and strong work ethics.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport management and passengers between residences, offices and destinations as instructed.
• Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs according to schedules.
• Drive with management on outstation business trips as required.
• Handle despatch duties including document collection/submission and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine upkeep.
• Utilise GPS apps to select efficient routes.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Safely transport Management and passengers between residences, offices, outstation destinations, and other locations as instructed.

Ensure punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs, following prearranged schedules or instructions from Management.

Drive and accompany Management on outstation business trips as required, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient travel.

Handle despatch duties including document collection/submission, and delivery arrangements.

Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle, including refuelling, routine maintenance, car washes, and vacuuming.

Be knowledgeable of KL/Selangor routes and utilise GPS applications (Waze / Google Maps) to select the most efficient, traffic-free routes.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirement(s):

Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Responsible, punctual, honest, disciplined, and demonstrate strong work ethics.

Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Prior experience as personal driver/despatch is an added advantage.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis, subject to the agreed contract duration and terms.
